Using the service
Use ChatWaba only for lawful business communications and in accordance with applicable WhatsApp and Meta platform policies.
Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for authorized account access, accurate business information, and the message content sent through their workspace.
Messaging charges
Meta messaging rates are separate from ChatWaba platform fees. ChatWaba applies zero markup to Meta messaging charges.
Product availability
Features may evolve as the product improves. Material commercial terms will be stated in the applicable subscription agreement.
